GS Ball Lapel Pin

Originally said to contain legendary Pokemon Celebi, the anime took a random twist and dodged the idea hoping that fans would forget the significant item. However in the JPN release of Gold and Silver, you could obtain the GS Ball from an Official Pokemon event which when used properly will summon Celebi for your chance to catch the time travelling mofo.
