Do you have local pickup in the GTA?

Yes. We have a local pickup service in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We will contact you after your purchase is complete and ready for pickup. Please wait for a confirmation email from us before you come to pickup.

This service is ONLY available to people that live in Ontario that are willing to pickup at one of our two store locations in Toronto or Markham, Ontario.

The pickup location is at our retail store located at:

Toronto - 11 Camden Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5V1V2

Markham - 3623 Highway 7 East, Unit 112, Markham, Ontario, L3R8X6

Please come during store hours.

We reserve to right to alter pickup details on a case by case basis to help accommodate all of customers.

 

How can I take advantage of your Free Shipping over $125 offer?

Easy! Simply make sure that there is at least $125 (before applicable taxes) in your cart at checkout and it will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. All orders that take advantage of the free shipping will be shipped using the regular standard shipping method. If you prefer to have it shipped using a faster method, please select accordingly. However, there are some exclusions and restrictions to this which is answered in the next question. 

 

What are the Terms and Conditions for the Free Shipping over $125 offer?

  1. Purchases eligible for Free Shipping are shipped via Canada Post Ground and/or USPS Ground. Shipping times vary from 7-14 days depending on the location.
  2. Unfortunately, due to the high costs to ship via Canada Post, we cannot offer free shipping to the Territory of Nunavut.
  3. Some of the items we offer may be excluded from this offer due to their extreme size or weight or because the price we're offering doesn't give enough profit to cover shipping costs.  Although 99% of our store items are eligible for the free shipping offer we will indicate whether or not an item is ineligible in the product description. The major things to look out for here are large toys such as 1000% Bearbricks, Mega Munny, Toys that weigh over 5 kg, oversized toys, one of a kind customs (sometimes) and original artwork.  
  4. Gift Cards of any amount do not count towards the free shipping offer. If the transaction does include a gift card it must be separate from the overall transaction. 
  5. You must have $125 before discounts, applicable taxes and before any gift cards in your cart. 
  6. We reserve the right to add or change these conditions at anytime.

We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Toronto, Canada. 

 

What shipping options are available?

We currently offer Canada Post shipping options for all of our customers worldwide. 

 

Can I select Canada Post shipping option even if I don't live in Canada?

Yes, any options that is available as a selection can be shipped to your shipping destination. Canada Post is the name of shipping provider because our shop is based in Canada. 

 

Which shipping option will have tracking numbers when the items are shipped?

Here are the shipping options that offer a tracking number:  

  • Shipping to USA by Canada Post: Xpresspost International and Priority Worldwide.
  • Shipping within Canada by Canada Post: Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority.
  • Shipping to Internationally by Canada Post: Xpresspost International and Priority Worldwide.

Selecting Small surface packet will not have a tracking option.

 

How long will my package take to ship?

Most of the time we try to ship the same day but because we have inventory in multiple warehouses, there can be a handling period of up to 1-3 days. Here are the shipping times below.

Am I able to see the shipping cost before I confirm to purchase the items?

Yes. The shipping costs are on the final checkout page.  Here are the steps:

  1. After clicking the checkout button in your cart, you'll be directed to a screen where you enter your payment and customer information. 
  2. Enter your payment and customer information (which includes your address) and then press continue to go the final checkout page.
  3. Now that you are on the final checkout page you can select the shipping option of your choice.  Then you can confirm by clicking  the "complete my purchase" button.

What about customs, duty fees and tariffs?

You are responsible for any customs, duties fees, or tariffs in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

What about shipping insurance?

We do not provide shipping insurance. If you would like to add shipping insurance to ensure a proper delivery then you will need to request this separately.

What if the item arrives damaged?

We handle all of our items with the utmost care. Once we ship the item, it is now out of our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We can help you by submitting a claim but there is no guarantee that it will be fruitful. Ultimately, you will need to request a product or shipping insurance before we ship it. Please refer to our refund policy on defective items.

Where can I enter the promo code / discount code?

After you have entered your payment information and press continue. There will be an empty box where you can apply your promo code/discount code. Enter your code into this box and press enter. Your discount, if applicable, will automatically be applied.

 

Can I use 2 promo codes for one transaction?

Unfortunately, no.

 

Can I use a promo code on the items that are on sale?

Yes. But certain restrictions apply. 

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship worldwide but we are located in Toronto, Canada

 

How will I know when my items are shipped?

An email confirmation will be sent to you along with applicable tracking number.

 

How do Pre-order products work?

Preorder products are always paid in full up front. If we offer a product that is available for preorder, we will guarantee that item is going to arrive. If for some reason it doesn't, we will refund the purchase. Most of the time, the preorders we offer are made in limited editions and is one of the reasons we require full payment. 

I've purchased an item that is on Preorder as well as in stock items. When will it be shipped?

Orders that consist of both in stock items and Preorder items will only ship once the entire order has arrived. If you would like the in stock items to be shipped first, you will need to contact us and pay for shipping separately. The best thing to do is to order preorder products on a separate transaction.
